Just need a small VM on Debian [Possible too in Window or Mac]

  1. Install MicroK8s on Debian

root@debian1:~# sudo snap install microk8s –classic

microk8s (1.30/stable) v1.30.5 from Canonical✓ installed

2. Check the status while Kubernetes starts

    root@debian1:/snap/bin# ./microk8s status –wait-ready

    microk8s is running

    3. Turn on the services

      ./microk8s enable dashboard

      ./microk8s enable dns

      ./microk8s enable registry

      ./microk8s enable community

      ./microk8s enable istio

      Enabling Kubernetes Dashboard

      Addon core/dns is already enabled

      The registry will be created with the size of 20Gi.

      Community repository is now enabled

      ✔ Istio core installed

      ✔ Istiod installed

      ✔ Egress gateways installed

      ✔ Ingress gateways installed

      ✔ Installation complete

      4. Start using Kubernetes


      ./microk8s kubectl get all –all-namespaces

      5. Access the Kubernetes dashboard

        ./microk8s dashboard-proxy

        Checking if Dashboard is running.

        Dashboard will be available at https://127.0.0.1:10443
